21 Years of SSM/I Brightness Temperatures
Now Available on Hard Disk Array

The SSM/I time series consists of 6 satellites spanning the period from 1987 to the present. This represents a total of 55 satellite years. We have recently reprocessed the entire brightness temperature (TB) data set using advanced calibration techniques, more rigorous quality control, and better geolocation. The new methods are applied to all the SSM/I channels, including 85 GHz.

We can provide the entire SSM/I TB dataset (55 satellite years) on hard disk array with a standard USB 2.0 or FireWire (IEEE 1394) interface.
